Returns:
After an item has been delivered and reviewed, if you see that it is not the necessitated product, you can return the item to Struttech.com.au. Our return policy is below, and we ask that you take the time to review it in its entirety. If additional assistance is required, or if you have questions or concerns regarding the product, do not hesitate to call and speak with one of our team on (07) 4033 0445
Returns Due to Our Mistake:
If we have made an error in the implementation of your order, and you wish to return it, please call or email us and we will sort this out for you straight away
Damaged or Defective Parts: If upon delivery you find that your order has been damaged en route, bring this to the attention of the delivery person immediately. Ensure that they take note of it on the delivery bill. Once items have been thoroughly examined, if you wish to replace them, we ask that you place a replacement order. If the order was shipped on your shipping account, you will need to file a claim with your carrier for a refund. If the order was not placed on your shipping account, Strut Technology will credit the original order. If the product and packaging are damaged, alert us immediately. If you are able, photograph the damages and email these to us at sales@struttech.com.au. Replacements will be processed and delivered as efficiently as possible, at no additional cost to you..
Other Returns:
Should you wish to return a product for a reason not previously listed, a Request for Return must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you are returning an item, a restocking fee of at least 25% of the total will be incurred. If the item is not commonly carried, the restocking fee will reflect that of the original manufacturer. Custom ordered, OEM, and some electronic parts/equipment are not always returnable. Contact us with any questions regarding our warranty and return policies. Our team will guide you through the process of submitting a warranty claim or Request for Return.
Understand that an order cannot be cancelled following its shipment. If you decline shipment of an order, the procedure will follow the guidelines of our standard return policy.
To Return An Item:
Please email sales@struttech.com.au a request for return including your order number, part number, quantity and reason for return. If approved, a return shipping address, and restocking fee percentage if applicable will be provided. If it is not, a delay in processing is possible. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address we provided. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. This number will allow us to track your order, should it encounter any problem during its transit. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or credit the credit card used for the original purchase. RMAs are voided if not received in 30 days. To make a return:

• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
